We have five years" experience in administration of buildings and adjacent sites. From January 2006, the support service has provided around-the-clock administration of Grand Canyon shopping and entertainment complex (pr. Engelsa 154 lit. А). The package of building administration services includes:

cleaning of the adjacent site;
rendering of reference-information and advertising services to visitors of Grand Canyon SEC through duty administrators;
control of upkeep quality of general-use places, condition of buildings and adjacent sites;
prompt communication of information on existing failures or drawbacks to the respective service divisions;
receipt and performance, within one hour, of requests for removal of household waste from tenants" rooms;

services in goods loading/unloading and moving inside the complex (by the specialized logistics division both at single-time requests of tenants and on a permanent basis under long-term contracts);
